Needle Valves

Needle valves are used for intercepting of pressure instruments. The valves use a metal to metal seal and soft seal for specific models.

According to the model utilization rating up to 6000 psi (420 bar), on demand 10000 psi (700 bar) is available.

The valves are available in different varieties of connections, materials and seal type (PTFE or Graphite); in-line or panel mounting and with different types of bonnet, in order to provide user top flexibility in designing of system, plants and equipments.

2-3-4-5 valves manifolds are used for pressure instruments intercepting, available for different installation types and with different styles. Designed to provide a safe & reliable pressure measurement and versatile by internal  process installation. The 2-valve manifolds are designed for static pressure and liquid level control ; the 3-4-5 manifolds valves are designed for applications with differential pressure.

At the choice utilization rating of 6000 / 10000 psi.

They are available in different varieties of connections, (pipe to flange or flange to flange), materials and seal type (PTFE or graphite).

Monoflanges Series Iblok SB-DB-SBB-DBB are designed to replace conventional multiplevalve installation currently used for interfacing with pressure measuring systems.

By combining various function into a single body offers various advantages as reductions of cost installations, and maintenance time and supporting brackets, the number of leak paths is considerably reduced and the mass of  the system is lowered reducing stress from loading and vibration.

Monoflanges Series Iblok are available in a lot of variety of materials.

Iblok Series Valves are designed to replace conventional multiple-valves installations. Iblok Series Valves SB - DB - SBB - DBB permit in one single integral body Single Block (SB), Double Block (DB), Single Block & Bleed (SBB)  and Double Block & Bleed (DBB) functions with 5 mm through hole.

Suggested for mounting on vessels or process pipes, Iblok Series Valves allow direct mounting of pressure instruments.

Iblok Series SB-DB-SBB-DBB Valves are made in one single integral body with floating ball and allow several function as Single Block (SB), Double Block (DB), Single Block & Bleed (SBB) and Double Block & Bleed (DBB).

Suggested for mounting on vessels or process pipes, Iblok Series Valves allow direct mounting of Pressure instruments.

Iblok Ball Valves are available with 14 mm bore series or full bore and/or combined ball/needle.

DBB Sampling / Injection Ball Type

DBB Sampling / Injection Ball Type

Sampling DBB Valves are used for sampling purpose and further analysis of the process. The sampling can be performed while the process is pressurized and in operation at its normal design conditions.
Indra Sampling DBB Valves are designed both with Integral Body and Sampling Probe (Not Welded) and available either in Flange/Thread or Flange/Flange connections.
Probe length is defined in acc. to the application requirements and the pipe line diameter - upon indication.
A Wake Frequency Calculation can be also performed to ensure both the correctness of the selected Probe Length and the valve optimum performance in time. Indra DBB Sampling Valve can still complete its best sampling function even without the Probe (i.e for applications with pipes diameter that can not allow the probe).
Indra Standard design consider the Needle Vent in between the 1st and 2nd Isolate Ball Valves (Ball/Needle/Ball).
Different design, when required, can be evaluated by Indra Engineering Department.

Le Valvole della Serie Iblok SBDB- SBB-DBB vengono costruite in un unico corpo compatto con sfera flottante e combinano le funzioni di Singola Intercettazione (SB), Doppia intercettazione (DB), Singola Intercettazione e Sfiato (SBB) e Doppia intercettazione e Sfiato (DBB).

Ideali per il montaggio su serbatoi o su tubazioni con la possibilità di installazione diretta dello strumento di pressione.
